Hello

I am a philosopher, entrepreneur, speaker, executive coach, and a passionate student of human behaviour. For more than twenty years, I have worked with leaders, teams, and organisations, helping them create meaningful change through better communication, stronger relationships, and a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
 

My path has taken me through international business, leadership, human resources, neuroscience, NLP, coaching, and organisational development. Yet beneath all of these disciplines lies the same fascination: understanding what allows people to become more fully themselves.

I believe that every person has far more potential than they realise. Often, growth is not about adding something new. It is about removing what stands in the way. More awareness. More freedom. More choice. More congruency between what we think, feel, say, and do.
 

This belief became the foundation of In2motivation. 
 

Along this journey, there is one person I cannot speak about without gratitude: my husband and co-founder, Peter Koijen.

Peter made everything easier. His unconditional support gave me the confidence to dream bigger, think bigger, and become more of who I was capable of being. He believed in me, often before I fully believed in myself. His view of life, his trust in people, and his ability to see possibilities where others saw limitations continue to inspire me every day.

The values that guide me today were strengthened through the life we built together: freedom, Congruency, Neuroplasticity and humanity.

Today, I continue to share that vision through my work with individuals and organisations. Not by helping people become someone else, but by helping them become more of who they already are.

Because when people align with themselves, everything changes.
